We are seeking a Program Lead to join our team!

Earn $21/hour with the option of Enhanced Pay.

The Program Lead plays a critical role in managing and overseeing specific programs or services. Reporting to the Program Manager, this role involves coordinating activities and ensuring high-quality service delivery. You may manage a caseload.

Must possess:

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to make quick decisions and stay calm under pressure
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Staff Management responsibilities include providing guidance, assigning duties, and conducting performance feedback.

Client Care and Safety duties include ensuring safety, monitoring behavior, and responding to emergencies.

Specific Job Functions include acting as shift lead, managing schedules, direct care, medication management, incident management, household management, and maintenance.
