Job summary

Intermountain Centers seeks an experienced supervisor to provide administrative and clinical oversight for staff delivering community-based behavioral health services in Arizona. The role emphasizes strength-based, family-centered approaches and collaboration with clinical directors to ensure high-quality care.

You will participate in staff recruitment, training, and ongoing supervision, while monitoring performance and compliance with funding requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a field eligible for Behavioral Health licensure in Arizona.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience preferred; prior clinical supervision experience in behavioral health preferred.
• Licensed by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners or other acceptable state board.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative, clinical oversight and supervision to assigned staff delivering strength-based, family-centered, community-based services.
• Coaches staff to develop proactive, strength-based treatment plans in collaboration with managers and clinicians.
• Reviews referrals for clinical appropriateness based on member needs and contracts.
• Participates in recruitment, hiring and team meetings; ensures compliance with policies and billing practices.
• Provides on-the-job training related to clinical practices and ensures licensing requirements are met.
