Job summary

MasteryPrep in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Project Manager to provide leadership, coordination, and oversight for middle and high school in-person tutoring across multiple sites as part of the Get Ready Gear Up Minnesota initiative.

The role includes ensuring high-quality instructional implementation, tutor training, and strong communication with school partners, while also covering small-group tutoring as needed to address staffing gaps.

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s degree in Education or related field and 3–5 years of instructional/school-based experience.
• Must be able to travel between multiple sites weekly and lead instructional staff effectively.
• Strong knowledge of middle/high school standards and MCA alignment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of the tutoring program across multiple sites.
• Ensure alignment to Minnesota Academic Standards and MasteryPrep instructional model.
• Monitor program fidelity, instructional quality, and tutor performance through coaching cycles.
• Coordinate tutor training, materials, pacing guides, and assessment tools.
• Oversee data collection, baseline diagnostics, and biweekly assessments to inform instruction.
