Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field preferred.
• Experience in education, tutoring, or program coordination required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day administration and coordination of tutoring services, small-group classes, and programs.
• Recruit, onboard, train, support, and retain qualified tutors and instructors.
• Match students with appropriate tutors based on needs and goals.
• Maintain accurate program records, student files, assessments, and reporting documentation.
• Oversee curriculum and assessment resources for quality and effectiveness.
• Serve as primary contact for families, tutors, educators, and school personnel.
• Monitor program performance and recommend improvements.
