Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks an experienced, mission-focused Site Lead to oversee on-site operations for a DoW client. You will manage personnel, ensure high-quality intelligence reporting, and coordinate with stakeholders to align with DoW priorities.

The role requires extensive leadership in intelligence environments, strong analytical capabilities, and a TS/SCI clearance. Expect collaboration with SMEs to assess cyber incidents and deliver defensible conclusions across teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in management.
• 15+ years of experience as an intelligence analyst.
• 10+ years of experience authoring intelligence or technical reports.
• 10+ years of experience leading teams in customer‑driven intelligence environments.
• 5+ years of experience supporting cyber intelligence analysis or cyber‑focused reporting.
• 4+ years of experience managing teams that support assessments.
• Ability to clearly articulate complex intelligence and technical issues to senior leadership and interagency partners.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee on‑site personnel as the primary leadership representative.
• Review and refine intelligence analysis and products for accuracy and mission alignment.
• Coordinate information sharing with key leadership and stakeholders.
• Analyze cyber incidents affecting the U.S. government and partner networks.
• Coordinate with SMEs in DoW to evaluate cyber incident impacts.
• Translate SME insights into actionable reports for mission stakeholders.
• Maintain disciplined workflows and high-quality assessments.
• Mentor analysts and foster professional growth and accountability.
• Ensure alignment of mission activities with DoW priorities and emerging threats.
• Build and sustain relationships with DoW personnel and stakeholders.
