Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and two years of work experience in human services or related field.
• An associate’s degree with sixty credits and one year of human services experience is acceptable.
• Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of one or more programs.
• Ensure programs meet objectives, budgets, and regulatory requirements while performing direct support duties as needed.
