Job summary

Central City Concern seeks a Program Supervisor of Culturally Specific Programs to lead a team delivering housing stabilization and re-entry services. You will coach frontline staff, oversee operations, and drive collaboration with corrections, housing providers, and behavioral health partners.

The role emphasizes equitable, trauma-informed care for African American and other disproportionately impacted communities. Strong documentation, safety, and compliance practices are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field preferred.
• Two years of experience in supportive housing, re-entry, behavioral health, or related field.
• One year of supervisory or lead experience required.
• Two or more years supervisory or lead experience highly preferred.
• Experience working with justice-involved individuals and housing instability.
• Must possess a current driver’s license and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision, coaching, and support to assigned staff.
• Coordinate program operations for adequate coverage and service delivery.
• Plan and facilitate regular team meetings and program coordination.
• Build and maintain partnerships with community corrections, housing providers, and behavioral health organizations.
• Support crisis response, housing navigation, and service coordination.
• Ensure accurate documentation, records, and reporting.
