Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota seeks a Program Manager for Community and Civic Engagement to supervise student leaders, organize Lighten Up fundraising, and oversee ASB and Summer Internships programs.

Qualifications

• College degree (bachelor's degree) and at least 3 years of full-time related professional experience.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or supervising adolescents/young adults/college students.
• Skills in leadership, ethics of community engagement, project management, supervision of young adults.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise two student fellow cohorts and related community volunteer programs (40%).
• Organize Lighten Up fundraising program and manage logistics; recruit and supervise ~50 student workers.
• Lead Alternative Spring Break program staff team and recruit/train trip leaders.
• Coordinate Summer Internships program with CCCE and partner organizations.
• Collaborate with CCCE staff to implement center-wide operations and programs.
