Job summary

NC Department of Transportation seeks a Program Coordinator III to oversee the Division’s Professional Services Program, including CEI, LSC and GESC engagements. You will lead procedures, enforce policies, coordinate across Resident Engineers’ Offices, District Offices and Project Development to ensure compliant, efficient delivery of services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
• Experience with SAP, ARIBA, HiCAMS or similar enterprise financial/project systems.
• Ability to initiate and install administrative programs and procedures and evaluate effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, administer, and govern the Division’s Professional Services Program including CEI, LSC and GESC engagements.
• Lead procedures, enforce policies, resolve program issues, and engage stakeholders for compliant, efficient delivery of CEI/LSC/GESC services across the Division.
• Oversee high-volume, high-risk consultant contracts contributing to current and upcoming transportation projects.
