Qualifications

• Proven track record managing large-scale, complex projects from initiation through closure.
• Experience in regulated, complex organizations; financial services a plus.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent initiatives with interdependencies.
• Strong relationships with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Will be the strategic driver and operational executor for the multi-year CSC transition and consolidation initiatives.
• Own end-to-end project delivery for complex transformation across construction, technology deployment, and workforce transition.
• Drive decisions, resolve conflicts, and manage interdependencies across three concurrent System initiatives.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, including construction timelines and automated systems.
• Stakeholder management with Cash Operations, Real Estate, IT, and leadership across districts.
• Governance and reporting: regular briefings and rigorous documentation.
• Risk and issue management: identify, mitigate, escalate as needed.
• Resource management: coordinate project resources and budget.
