Job summary

Applied Signal Technology seeks an Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to own the end-to-end Cybersecurity Program for all classified and controlled information systems at our Anaheim Hills, CA facility. You will lead RMF/JSIG/DAAPM activities, coordinate with DCSA/SAPCO, and ensure audit readiness daily.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, 5+ years in DoD/IC cybersecurity, and strong hands-on with SIEM, vulnerability tools, and STIG/SCAP controls.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree and 5+ years of DoD/IC cybersecurity experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a polygraph after start.
• Proven delivery of ATO for SAP or SCI systems; enterprise ISSM experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead RMF/JSIG/DAAPM execution and drive POA&M closure.
• Own continuous monitoring, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Shape early program decisions by embedding with PMO and defining security requirements.
• Develop people and processes, coaching ISSOs/ISSEs and tracking metrics.
• Interface with DCSA/SAPCO and other security agencies as the single voice for cybersecurity.
