Job summary

teampointblank is seeking a Program Integrator 3 (PILevel3/SRN/002) at Fort Meade, MD to support program managers, initiative leads, and senior leadership with monitoring and reporting on the health of programs and portfolios.

Candidates must have twelve years of DoD/IC program management experience and a Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field, or fifteen years with PMP/CFCM/DAWIA Level III certification.

Qualifications

• Twelve (12) years combined DoD/IC program management, contract management, and/or financial management with a Bachelor's Degree in business or technical focus.
• PMP, CFCM, or DAWIA Level III certification or equivalent with 3 additional years of related experience; Plan-It familiarity preferred.
• Intermediate MS Excel including pivot tables, slicers and pivot charts.

Responsibilities

• Assist program managers, initiative leads, and PEO leadership with monitoring and reporting on program health across contracts and activities.
• Perform cross-program analysis to support Investment Portfolio actions and execution reports.
• Draft acquisition and program documents such as SOWs, PMP, Risk Management Plans, schedules, and acquisition strategies.
• Prepare presentations to report analysis findings and program/portfolio status.

Location: Fort Meade, MD

Job Description

This Program Integrator 3 shall assist individual program managers, initiative leads, and PEO leadership with monitoring and reporting on the overall health of programs, initiatives, and/or a portfolio. Perform holistic analysis across multiple contracts and government activities to identify cost, schedule and performance concerns for a program or initiative. Perform cross-program analysis to assist in responding to Investment Portfolio (IP) actions and producing execution reports. Draft acquisition and program documents such as TTOs, Statements of Work (SOWs), Program Management Plans (PMPs), Risk Management Plans, program schedules, Technical CICA memorandums, and Acquisition Strategies. Prepare presentations to report analysis findings as well as program/portfolio status.

• Maintain the FY Annual Work Plan (357+ funded requirements, spend plans, project managers, resource planning documents)
• Conduct funding research (ARCHIBUS/FACTS)
• Track and report I&L funding status
• Align and allocate customer-incoming funds (execute authority)
• Coordinate with Project Managers
• Serve as the primary liaison (Budget lead, PMs, senior leaders) to update funding/schedule status

Individual Capabilities/Experience Required

1.Twelve (12) years demonstrated combined experience in DoD/IC program management, contract management, and/or financial management, and a Bachelor's Degree with a business or technical focus is required.

2.In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) certification, or DAWIA Level Ill in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of fifteen (15) years may be substituted. Familiarity with Plan-It is preferred. In lieu of certification, an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eighteen (18) years may be substituted.

3.Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is required to include demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
