Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Senior Principal Technical Program Lead to manage IFC programs in Rancho Bernardo, CA. You will serve as a systems integrator across engineering, integration/test, and program management, driving scope, schedules, and technical content across multiple teams.

The role requires leading PI planning, defining objectives, and coordinating with cross-functional groups to ensure aligned deliveries while managing risks and readiness across IFCs

Qualifications

• Bachelors in a STEM field with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's with 6+ years, or a PhD with 4+ years.
• Active US Government Secret clearance (or higher) or enrollment in Continuous Evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain IFC scope, content, and entry/exit criteria with engineering and program leadership.
• Coordinate IFC builds with milestones, track readiness, and close gaps and risks.
• Support PI planning by defining objectives, dependencies, and commitments for IFCs and PIs.
• Act as technical focal between systems, software, hardware, lab, and integration teams.
• Develop schedules and roadmaps for IFCs and PIs and report progress to leadership.
• Track readiness across requirements, design, implementation, integration, and testing.
• Create integrated plans and schedules within assigned scope.
