BCT LLC seeks a Program Integrator II with an active TS/SCI w/Poly. Located in Laurel and Annapolis Junction, the role supports program managers by monitoring health, performing cross-program analyses, and drafting critical program documents to inform leadership decisions.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in DoD/IC program management, a relevant bachelor’s, and certifications such as PMP, CFCM, or DAWIA II. Strong Excel skills and the ability to present findings are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD/IC program management, contract management, or financial management.
• Bachelor’s Degree with a business or technical focus is required.
• In lieu of a degree, PMP, CFCM, or DAWIA II with 3 additional years of related experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist program managers, initiative leads, and leadership with monitoring and reporting on program health.
• Perform cross-program analysis to identify cost, schedule, and performance concerns.
• Draft acquisition documents (SOWs, PMPs, risk plans) and prepare execution reports.
• Prepare presentations reporting analysis findings and portfolio status.
