Job summary

What You'll Do

As a Program Integrator, you'll be the central link between program management, engineering, manufacturing, and operations—ensuring everyone stays aligned and informed. You'll manage integrated master schedules, monitor progress, and help leadership make confident, data-driven decisions. Your work will be essential to delivering mission-critical projects on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Support program planning, execution, and milestone tracking across multiple teams
• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules that align technical and operational activities
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional departments and stakeholders
• Identify risks and resource conflicts, recommending proactive mitigation strategies
• Monitor program metrics, develop reports, and present updates to leadership
• Maintain compliance with documentation, configuration, and reporting standards

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years of experience in program integration, coordination, or scheduling—ideally within aerospace, defense, or engineering
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, with a strong grasp of integrated master scheduling principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) a plus

Preferred Skills

• Experience in writing and evaluating Statements of Work
• Experience supporting government or defense programs
• Working knowledge of PMI or Agile methodologies
• Ability to analyze complex data and present clear, actionable insights
