Job summary

City of Stamford is seeking an instructor to provide instruction, supervision, and support for youth programming under the general direction of a supervisor. Instructors will deliver engaging, structured activities while supporting program operations, safety, and scheduling.

Responsibilities include planning activities, maintaining a safe and inclusive environment, assisting with attendance and scheduling, and communicating effectively with participants and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience with youth in educational, recreational, or program settings preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible seasonal schedule.
