The Program Head – Rowing will lead all functions of the sport as directed by the Athletic Director. This person will build a staff, form a team, and develop a schedule to run a program that aligns with the school's mission while competing at the top level. Rowing is a three-season sport at Seattle Prep.
The Seattle Prep Rowing Program follows a three‑season format aligned with the WIAA calendar:
Approximately 72 hours per month during season, plus regattas.
Work location varies based on practice and regatta schedule. Possible evening and weekend work required.
Possibility for additional income coaching youth camps and other school initiatives.
Stipend range: $26,769 – $43,113 (paid over 10 months).
