Job summary

Springboard is seeking an Academic Program Success Lead to drive end-to-end delivery for Allied Health and AI programs across B2C and B2B. You will own student support, surface capability gaps, and translate insights into leadership roadmaps while leading a high-performing team and leveraging AI to scale impact.

You will partner with external organizations and internal teams to shape new offerings, manage risk, and ensure outcomes that are both business-driven and learner-centered.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of professional experience with end-to-end ownership over meaningful work.
• Founder mentality with demonstrated operational capabilities in evolving startup environments.
• Strong external partnership skills; experience recruiting, negotiating with external partners and managing relationships.
• Operational design instinct; ability to build scalable processes and workflows.
• AI fluency; ability to leverage AI to move faster and improve quality.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of student support and delivery for full student journey for multiple new initiatives from end-to-end, from strategic framing of new courses through execution.
• Proactively identify capability gaps within programs and student journeys; design, iterate and operationalize infrastructure.
• Translate portfolio insights into strategic recommendations for Program Leadership, cross-functional prioritization, and roadmapping.
• Directly manage and sustain a high performing team; invest in development and maintain accountability during rapid change.
• Leverage AI tools as a force multiplier, embedding AI fluency as standard operating practice.
• Play a strong role with external partners; equip Client Success teams; understand client nuance and design operations to delight.
• Create connective internal alignment, building trust across teams and driving urgency and alignment.
