Sierra Nevada Corporation in Dayton, Ohio is seeking a Program Finance Systems Analyst II to support Earned Value Management on a major defense program. You will administer, maintain, and optimize IPM and other program finance systems, collaborating with finance and scheduling teams.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in finance or related field, 2+ years in finance systems, and experience with Deltek Cobra; DoD security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in finance systems or project control; six years without a degree.
• Experience with Deltek Cobra and integrated PM software is required.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide intermediate-level administration and maintenance of IPM business software.
• Support the configuration, testing, and deployment of IPM software products.
• Understand and address end-user needs to deliver quality IPM solutions.
• Manage user/role-based security and provide support to users.
• Collaborate with application team members and users to ensure effective use of IPM solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve more complex system-related issues.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding of IPM software.
• Document processes, configurations, and changes to ensure accurate records.
