Responsibilities

• Assist with the financial functions for proposals and program execution.
• Set up, validate and generate invoices to customers.
• Ensure all assigned invoices are processed and completed per contract terms.
• Daily customer interface and billing guidance to Contracts and Program Finance.
• Perform invoice and accounts receivable reconciliations to ensure billing accuracy.
• Support internal and external audits and drive process improvements.
• Support cash application through research and reconciliation.
