Responsibilities

• Support billing and program finance activities for proposals and programs.
• Set up, validate and generate complex customer invoices.
• Ensure invoices are processed on time per contract terms.
• Provide billing guidance to Contracts and Program Finance.
• Perform reconciliations of invoices and accounts receivable.
• Assist audits and participate in process-improvement initiatives.
• Assist cash application through research and reconciliation.

Education
