Job summary

Raytheon Technologies seeks a finance specialist to join the Patriot Product Line Finance Team. The role focuses on detailed financial analysis, baseline and EAC development, and collaboration with IPT, OSC, and program office leaders in a fast-paced, growing business.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with onsite and remote work, located within commutable distance to Andover, MA, with other locations including Tucson, AZ; Huntsville, AL; McKinney, TX or FL.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field & less than 2 years of Finance related business experience
• Experience with Excel and/or PowerPoint
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy
• Independent, motivated, and able to collaborate across the organization with the ability to drive independent analysis in a highly dynamic and constantly expanding environment
• Experience with either Program Controls or Business Operations finance
• Ability to meet critical deadlines with strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic financial understanding

Responsibilities

• Quarterly Estimate at Complete reviews for various programs
• Trend analysis for spend rates & Earned Value
• Process Budget Change Requests (BCRs)
• Staffing planning for Level of Effort tasks
• Support proposal activities & pricing exercises
• Financial responsibility for IPT, ESPB & NRE efforts across the portfolio
• Various ad hoc exercises and reporting
