Qualifications

Eligible candidates are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Mathematics or related field, or have completed their bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

Manage financial functions associated with the business acquisition process (proposals) and program execution (programs).
Set up, validate and generate complex invoices to various customers.
Ensure all invoices are processed in a timely manner per contract terms.
Daily customer interface and billing guidance to Contracts and Program Finance.
Perform invoice and accounts receivable reconciliations to ensure billing accuracy.
Support internal and external audits; participate in process improvement initiatives.
Support cash application process through research and reconciliation.
