Responsibilities

• Manage financial functions associated with the business acquisition process (proposals) and program execution (programs).
• Set up, validate and generate complex invoices to various customers.
• Ensure all invoices are processed in a timely manner per contract terms.
• Daily customer interface and billing guidance to Contracts and Program Finance.
• Perform invoice and accounts receivable reconciliations to ensure billing accuracy.
• Support internal and external audits; participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Support cash application process through research and reconciliation.

Essential Functions:
