Job summary

General Atomics Electromagnetic Systems (GA-EMS) seeks a Program Financial Analyst to support the Electromagnetic Systems group in Huntsville, AL. The role focuses on Earned Value Management, budgeting, and performance reporting for complex defense programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related discipline with 8+ years of related experience or equivalent
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and processes
• Proficient in Excel (advanced functions, VLOOKUP, Pivot tables) and project controls tools

Responsibilities

• Ensure uniform application of Earned Value Management procedures with project managers and CAMs
• Prepare IPMR, IPMDAR, EACs and related variance analysis reports for customers and program management
• Maintain EV requirements including monthly CDRL reporting, audit prep, and ad-hoc data requests
