Innovative Defense Technologies (IDT) is seeking an Associate Program Financial Analyst to join our Business Strategy team in Arlington, VA. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field and offers 0-3 years of experience in financial analysis.

The Analyst will engage in planning, tracking, and reporting on contracts, and must be able to obtain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance. Benefits include a generous package, competitive PTO, and a 9/80 optional schedule.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of relevant experience in a financial or analytical role.
• Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.
• Current knowledge of GAAP and relevant laws.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Program Managers to analyze performance metrics.
• Compile and analyze contracts for projected staff hours and revenues.
• Maintain appropriate records and documentation.
