Innovative Defense Technologies (IDT) seeks an Associate Program Financial Analyst to join the Business Strategy team in Arlington, VA. This on-site role focuses on planning, tracking, forecasting, analysis, and reporting on programs, with potential Earned Value Management work and baseline budgets.

You will support proposal pricing activity and provide financial information for contract negotiations, working closely with Program Managers to ensure cost, schedule, and performance objectives are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field or equivalent full-time professional experience.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in a financial or analytical role.

Responsibilities

• Develop reports and analyze performance metrics and program documents against plans to ensure contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
• Compile and analyze contracts for staff hours, EACs, contract totals, revenues, and profit totals.
• Maintain records and documentation.
• Provide financial reports for tracking, monitoring, forecasting, and reporting contract performance.
• Other duties as assigned.
