Job summary

Elevo is seeking an enthusiastic Elevo Coach to lead K–8 students through structured activities and sports using our SEL-based curriculum. You will manage group dynamics, support positive behavior, and collaborate with school staff to foster a welcoming program environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching, playing sports, working in education, or leading youth in any setting (e.g., camp counseling, youth programs, childcare)
• Lead by example as a confident, positive role model students want to follow
• Bring energy and presence that holds a group of up to 20 students’ attention
• Stay calm and empathetic when managing behavior or redirecting moments
• Build trust quickly with students, families, and school staff
