Job summary

Elevo is seeking an enthusiastic coach to lead K–8 students in after-school programs, delivering structured activities and sports using Elevo’s curriculum. You will partner with school staff to foster a welcoming, safe environment and help students build confidence and social skills.

The role requires prior coaching or youth work experience, energy, flexibility, and reliability. Training is paid, with opportunities for professional development and career growth within the Elevo program.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching, playing sports, or leading youth in any setting.
• Able to lead group activities and manage student behavior.
