Job summary

Elevo is seeking an energetic Coach to lead K–8 students through structured, engaging activities and sports using Elevo’s curriculum.

You will manage group dynamics, support positive student behavior, and collaborate with school staff to create a welcoming program environment.

This role requires you to be a strong role model, stay calm under pressure, and commit to reliable attendance and respectful interactions with students and families.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching, playing sports, or leading youth in any setting.
• Lead by example as a confident, positive role model.
• Bring energy and presence to hold the attention of up to 20 students.
• Stay calm and empathetic when managing behavior.

Responsibilities
