Job summary

Elevo Coach role leads K–8 students through structured, engaging activities and sports using Elevo’s SEL-based curriculum at partner schools in California. You will help students build confidence, practice teamwork, and stay active during the daily program slots.

You’ll partner with school staff and fellow coaches to create a welcoming, supportive environment, manage groups up to 20, and respond calmly to behavior; reliability and a positive, energetic presence are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching or leading youth in any setting.
• Energetic, confident, positive role model.
• Ability to manage a group of up to 20 students.
• Willing to work a morning/midday schedule at schools.

Responsibilities
