Job summary

Ducommun Incorporated in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Program Engineer to serve as the technical point of contact and provide robust technical support to the assigned team, ensuring coordination across engineering and production.

You will drive process improvements, review configurations, analyze root causes, ensure accurate BOMs and work instructions, and respond to customer technical inquiries while maintaining ISO-9000/AS-9000 compliance. This role is based in Tulsa, OK.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in engineering or related field.
2–4 years of engineering experience.
Experience with ISO-9000/AS-9000 is a plus.

Responsibilities

Act as the technical point of contact and provide engineering support to the assigned team.
Review and approve configuration changes and participate in change control processes.
Analyze root causes and propose corrective actions for issues related to programs/products.
Ensure work instructions, labor standards, and BOMs are accurate and complete.
Support procurement with component evaluation and alternate part identification.
Respond to technical inquiries from customers and upload information to portals.
