Job summary

Responsibilities

Provide daily leadership and direction to employees.
Train, advise, and counsel employees on work processes and procedures.
Regulate work flow to ensure maximum use of capacity and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with SOX, OSHA, and Management System Standards.
Interact with internal and external customers and promote good relations.
Research, troubleshoot problems, and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
Promote accountability for quality workmanship.
Track and monitor departmental performance objectives.
Participate in audits to ensure compliance with standards.
Assist in recruiting, selection, and development of operations personnel.
