Job summary

CAMBA Inc. is seeking a Program Director to lead the LTW for Transfer Schools initiative in Brooklyn, NY. You will supervise staff, coordinate activities, and ensure program excellence while reporting to the Program Manager.

Required education includes a BA/BS with 2 years’ experience; a Master’s degree is preferred and certain licenses may be required. Salary is competitive with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two years of applicable experience; Master’s preferred.
• Master’s degree preferred for higher responsibility roles and licensure requirements.
• Licenses for Social Work/Mental Health fields may be required depending on program.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with students, direct reporting staff, peers, supervisors, and funders.
• Plan and organize program activities to maximize contract goals and performance targets.
• Motivate, coach and counsel direct reporting staff to excel.
• Improve teamwork among staff and peers.
• Troubleshoot program problems and enforce policies and procedures.
• Monitor data entry and prepare required reports for CAMBA management and funders.
