Job summary

Ocean Grove Camp Meeting Association in New Jersey seeks a Program Director to lead worship services, spiritual formation, cultural events, and guest services. You will oversee budgets, vendor agreements, and staff, coordinating across departments and volunteers to advance the ministry’s mission.

The role calls for strategic vision, hands‑on execution, and collaboration with the Program Chair and Committee to ensure ministry excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires a personal, active relationship with Jesus and alignment with the organization’s faith statements.
• Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate programs in ministry or nonprofit settings.
• Strong budgeting, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and public speaking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, oversee worship services, spiritual formation, and cultural events.
• Lead administration, budgeting, and vendor agreements for the program area.
• Coordinate staff, volunteers, and committees; supervise program directors and staff.
• Oversee program guides, website content, social media, and signage maintenance.
• Manage weekly staff meetings and department calendars; ensure cross‑department alignment.
• Direct guest services, recreation programs, and community outreach activities.
