Ocean Grove Camp Meeting Association seeks a Program Director to provide strategic leadership for worship services, retreats, concerts, community events, recreation, and year-round ministry programming in one of America’s oldest Christian camp meeting communities.

Founded in 1869, OGCMA exists to help people know and grow in Jesus through worship, education, community, and recreation. This senior leadership role leads staff, volunteers, and mission-driven programming with excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading ministry, nonprofit, or community programs.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead year-round ministry and community programs.
