Ocean Grove Camp Meeting Association in Neptune Township, NJ, seeks a Program Director to oversee year-round worship services, retreats, concerts, community events, recreation and spiritual formation. This full-time leadership role includes guiding staff and volunteers and managing programs and budgets to reflect the organization’s mission.

• Active and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Ministry, nonprofit, or program leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee year-round worship services, retreats, concerts, community events, recreation, and spiritual formation.

Are you a Christ-centered leader with a passion for ministry and leadership? Ocean Grove Camp Meeting Association is seeking a Program Director to oversee year-round worship services, retreats, concerts, community events, recreation, and spiritual formation.
