Discovery Behavioral Health seeks a Program Director to supervise the treatment program, facility, staff, and clients in Plano, TX. You will coordinate with executives to ensure services align with the company mission and values.

The role emphasizes staff supervision, training delivery, and program quality improvement, with travel to other facilities as needed. Requires relevant master's/doctorate and licensure.

Formación

• Master's Degree or Doctorate preferred in Addiction Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field required.
• A current and valid LMFT or LMSW or PhD or PsyD or LPC or LCSW or MFTI or RD or equivalent required.
• Two years' experience in administration or management of mental health programs.
• Experience in eating disorder treatment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee program quality and initiate improvements.
• Supervise weekly Treatment Team Meetings for effective communication.
• Participate in staff interviews to determine qualifications.
• Provide bi-monthly in-service trainings for treatment staff.
• Coordinate diagnosis, group therapy, milieu management, and communication training.
