Job summary

Center For Discovery in Edmonds, WA is seeking a Program Director to oversee the treatment program, facility, staff and clients, ensuring services align with the organization's mission.

The role leads weekly Treatment Team meetings, conducts staff trainings, participates in interview processes, and provides individual and family therapy as needed while maintaining client caseloads and ensuring quality and compliance across the program.

Qualifications

• Masters degree or Doctorate preferred in Addiction Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field strongly preferred.
• Two years' experience in administration or management of mental health programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all aspects of the program to ensure quality.
• Supervise weekly Treatment Team Meetings to ensure effective communication and team approach.
• Participate in the interview process to determine applicant qualifications.
• Provide bi-monthly in-service trainings to staff.
