Job summary

Discovery Behavioral Health in Edmonds, WA seeks a Program Director to supervise the treatment program, facility, staff and clients. This full-time role reports to the Division Leader and CEO, ensuring services align with the company mission, values, and quality standards.

Responsibilities include overseeing program operations, leading weekly treatment team meetings, providing staff development, reviews, utilization oversight, and ensuring proper staffing levels.

Qualifications

• Masters degree or doctorate preferred in addiction counseling, social work, psychology, or related field.
• Current and valid LMFT, LMSW, PhD, PsyD, LPC, LCSW, MFTI, RD or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Two years' experience in administration or management of mental health programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the program to ensure quality and improve processes.
• Supervise weekly Treatment Team Meetings for effective communication and teamwork.
• Participate in staff interviews to assess qualifications.
• Provide bi-monthly in-service trainings to staff.
• Maintain client caseload and provide individual and family therapy.
