Job summary

The Center for Great Expectations (CGE) seeks a Program Manager for the Adult Mommy-and-Me Residential Program in New Jersey. You will lead a trauma-informed, relationship-focused program serving pregnant and parenting women and their children, ensuring high-quality care and strong team leadership.

Under the CEO, you will oversee clinical and administrative operations, cultivate partnerships, and drive program growth while maintaining CGE's mission and values.

Qualifications

• LCSW or LPC, LCADC and Supervision Certification required.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in nonprofit, government, or philanthropy with 2+ years in supervision.
• Minimum of five years in addictions services.
• Knowledge of grant funding, required reporting, and ability to assist grant writer with RFPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative oversight of the Adult Mommy-and-Me Residential Program.
• Lead and participate in weekly multidisciplinary and clinical staff meetings.
• Develop, implement, and enforce program policies and procedures.
• Maintain program census, referrals, and data reporting.
