Job summary

The Center for Great Expectations seeks a Program Manager for the Adult Mommy-and-Me Residential Program. You will lead a trauma-informed treatment program for pregnant and parenting women and supervise a multidisciplinary team under the CEO to maintain high-quality, compassionate care aligned with CGE's Relational Recovery Model.

Qualifications

• LCSW or LPC, LCADC and supervision certification with 2+ years in residential recovery treatment.
• 5+ years in leadership roles in nonprofit/government/philanthropy with 2+ years supervision.
• Minimum of five years in addictions services.
• Knowledge of grant funding, required reporting, and assisting grant writers.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee trauma-informed treatment program for pregnant and parenting women with co-occurring disorders.
• Provide clinical supervision to interns and CGE staff clinicians.
• Lead and participate in program, committee and staff meetings; develop treatment plans.
• Maintain records, program census, and referral tracking; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement policies, quality assurance, and staff training programs.
