Job summary

The Center for Great Expectations seeks a Program Manager for its Adult Mommy-and-Me Residential Program to lead trauma-informed substance use treatment for pregnant and parenting women, supervise a clinical team, and maintain high-quality care in alignment with CGE’s Relational Recovery Model.

The ideal candidate will balance residents, staff, and organizational needs, foster strong partnerships, and promote ongoing program improvements to support families toward lasting independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or professional licensure is required for clinical supervision roles.
• Leadership experience in nonprofit or government settings is preferred.
• Experience in addictions services or behavioral health is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and administrative oversight of the Adult Mommy-and-Me Residential Program.
• Lead program operations, compliance, and quality assurance.
• Develop and support staff, build community partnerships, and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Oversee intake, admissions, treatment planning, and client rights.

Education

LCSW or LPC, LCADC and Supervision Certification

5+ years in leadership roles in nonprofit/government/philanthropy
