Job summary

Alpha is hiring for a Program Director to lead Guides and scale its coaching model across campuses in Dallas, Oklahoma City, Austin and Fort Worth. You will coach and develop Guides, run life-skills workshops, and use performance data to ensure every student and Guide improves weekly.

You'll lead your own cohort, uphold high standards, and drive culture change with on-site work. This is a full-time, W2 role with competitive six-figure compensation and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in education, coaching, youth leadership, or related field.
• Experience leading a team of five or more adults, with performance-based decisions.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Guides to deliver Alpha's coaching model with consistency and standards.
• Lead life skills workshops covering communication, focus, feedback, leadership, and resilience for K-8 students using playbooks.
• Use performance data to identify coaching opportunities and drive improvements weekly.
• Lead motivation sessions to help students own ambitious goals and achieve them.
• Maintain your own student cohort while modeling coaching excellence and accountability.
