Job summary

Alpha is hiring an Athletic Director to lead Guides and campus coaching across Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, and Oklahoma City. You will cultivate a coaching culture, drive student outcomes, and coach life-skills alongside data-driven performance reviews.

This full-time, on-site role offers a $150,000 USD annual salary, weekly pay, day-one health benefits, and relocation support. You will build programs, mentor staff, and scale impact through strong leadership and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• 5+ years in education, learning and development, coaching, or youth leadership.
• Experience leading a team of five or more adults with performance-based decisions.
• Experience using performance metrics to diagnose problems and deliver results.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Guides to deliver Alpha's coaching model with high standards.
• Lead life skills workshops for K-8 students.
• Use performance data to identify coaching opportunities and drive improvements.
• Lead motivation sessions and manage your own student cohort.
• Model coaching excellence and accountability.
