Job summary

Alpha is hiring a full-time Athletic Director to lead the Guides who work directly with students across multiple Texas campuses. You will develop coaching standards, run life-skills workshops, and use data to drive improvements on campus.

Based on Dallas, Oklahoma City, Austin, Fort Worth, and relocation support, you will coach a team of five or more adults, model high standards, and help students build confidence, resilience, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• 5+ years in education, coaching, or youth leadership with team responsibility.
• Experience using data to drive coaching decisions and improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Guides to deliver Alpha's coaching model with consistency and standards.
• Lead life skills workshops covering communication, focus, leadership, and resilience for K-8 students.
• Use student and Guide performance data to identify opportunities and drive improvements weekly.
• Lead motivation sessions to help students own ambitious goals and achieve them.
• Maintain a student cohort and model coaching excellence for every Guide.
