Job summary

Lifepoint Rehabilitation is seeking a Program Director to lead the rehabilitation program at Kindred Hospital Flamingo ARU. The role encompasses administration, planning, and financial operations to ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee inpatient rehab operations, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, develop budgets and strategic plans, and supervise staff while driving performance improvements and representing the program in stakeholder meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical discipline or healthcare management.
• Minimum of 3 years in rehab leadership or administration.
• Valid clinical license as applicable by state.
