Job summary

BronxWorks seeks a Program Director to oversee social services for formerly homeless individuals across multiple buildings. You will report to the AVP and ensure contract compliance, staff supervision, and client outcomes.

You will supervise program coordinators, conduct regular staff meetings, develop programming, manage budgets, and coordinate with funding sources; travel across NYC for site coverage and community engagements is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or equivalent licensure required.
• Experience with NYC benefits and housing programs preferred.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating program services for formerly homeless individuals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee social services for formerly homeless individuals across multiple sites.
• Supervise program coordinators, case managers, and administrative staff.
• Expand and develop resident programming and community-building activities.
• Ensure contract compliance and submit reports to funding sources.
• Travel to sites across NYC for coverage and community engagements.
