Ross Point Camp & Conference Center, Post Falls, Idaho (with some flexibility for remote work)
Part‑time, approximately 10–15 hours per week. Pay scale is $23.71–$28.45 per hour, based on experience. The scope and hours of this position may change depending on the needs of the camp and may grow along with the camp’s development, with additional hours required during program weeks as needed.
Ross Point Camp & Conference Center is a Christ‑centered ministry located along the Spokane River in Post Falls, Idaho. For decades, Ross Point has served churches, families, and individuals by providing a welcoming place for spiritual growth, fellowship, and renewal. With year‑round programming, summer camps, and retreat facilities, Ross Point is dedicated to building community, strengthening faith, and inspiring service.
The Program Director provides leadership and oversight for Ross Point’s programs and events. This role is responsible for coordinating program schedules, recruiting and supporting staff and volunteers, and ensuring high‑quality program experiences. The Program Director works closely with the Executive Director and local pastors to shape program themes and content, while also managing communications, outreach, and media for promotion.
