Job summary

Monte Nido Laurel Hill in Medford, MA is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead the nursing team at our 10-bed residential program for adults with eating disorders. This full-time role includes on-call responsibilities shared with the Assistant Nurse Manager.

Pay ranges from $95,000 to $118,000 annually depending on experience and education. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure.
• Minimum of two years of experience.
• Experience managing nursing operations, in residential or hospital eating disorder setting preferred.
• Excellent communication, patient relations, and time management; safety awareness; teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and train adequate and competent department staff.
• Monitor and evaluate all aspects of the facility's medication management.
• Meet with all clients as needed to ensure best practice care, treatment, and services are provided.
• Maintain the nursing schedule per facility needs, including vacations, sick leave, and staffing.
• Ensure quality nursing notes are entered for each patient every shift.
• Provide ongoing training to nursing personnel.
• Maintain infection control/prevention program.
• Coordinate with providers to ensure ongoing medical and nursing care.
